Tasting notes: Light floral nose with hints of lemon and green apple. Very crisp and refreshing.
Paired with: Chicken in Tarragon Cream Sauce
Must try it with: Fruits de mer or a goat cheese salad. Of course, it is also the perfect base for a Kir.
